Armazenamento do navegador (rascunho salvo)

Na página de candidatura, o navegador pode salvar localmente no seu dispositivo um rascunho em andamento para evitar a perda acidental do formulário. Esse rascunho é armazenado no localStorage, nunca é enviado a ferramentas de análise e pode ser descartado pelo aviso de restauração ou ao enviar o formulário.

Quando os dados analíticos estão ativados, registramos eventos de funil de baixo risco (como visualização da página de candidatura, progressão entre etapas e conclusão da página de agradecimento) com um ID de sessão público aleatório e o caminho da página. Não armazenamos nomes, e-mails ou endereços IP nesta tabela de métricas.

Service providers (processors)

We use hosting (Namecheap), email delivery, payment processing (Stripe when enabled), and optionally Google Analytics. These providers process data on our instructions under appropriate agreements. A current list is available on request from the privacy contact below.

Applicant portal (magic link)

When you sign in via the email link, you can view all applications tied to that address and update portfolio or showreel URLs per application. Do not share the link—anyone with it can access those application details.

Creator wishlist accounts

If you register a creator wishlist, we store your email, display name, public slug, and wishlist product choices. Shipping addresses are stored in a private vault for future gift fulfillment (v2) and are not shown on public wishlist pages. See docs/CREATOR_PRIVACY.md for the full split between public and internal data. Lawyer review required before production.

Pre-launch phase: Elite Adult Casting is operated by a named individual (sole operator), not a registered company. We use this period to validate traffic and interest. Register a legal entity and switch Admin → Workspace to “Registered entity” before paid advertising, payment processing, or large-scale data processing.
