Draft · not a signature request
Intermediation agreement — draft
This page publishes the working English template so you can read it calmly. Counsel must review before anyone signs.
How money works — plain language (care / default)
This is not a contract to sign today. Calm summary of the CARE draft. Longer lawyer template: intermediation-agreement-draft-en.md. Not legal advice.
Who you can choose to work with
We do not publish studio or house legal names until they opt in. You choose city hubs and partner types:
- Adult studio days (only if you ask)
- Wardrobe / look / brand days
- Creator desk / remote look work
- Licensed venue / window / club (NL) — only if you opt in; never assumed; licensed places only
We introduce you only after rate, hours, travel, and hard limits are written. You can say no.
When a booking happens
- You apply free — no signature, no roster fee.
- You pick cities and a lane (wardrobe, adult on request, or both). Licensed-venue hubs appear only if you open that opt-in.
- We mediate an intro with written terms.
- You accept or decline.
- If you accept a paid day, payment works like this (editable defaults):
Preferred split: You keep 100% of your agreed day rate. The studio pays the desk a separate booking fee of about 18% of that day rate (band 15–20%). You are never charged to stay on the desk. We only earn when a paid day is booked.
Your care promises
- 18+ only
- Hard limits respected
- Private by default
- Wardrobe-only welcome
- No exclusivity unless you later opt in writing
- Remunerated for your time — not dating, not pressure
- Licensed-venue lane is optional; free to leave; no passport holding; no “bond” to a venue via the desk
Other draft options (still drafts)
Studios sometimes want an intro fee first, or different % by industry. Calm one-pagers:
- Testing period (low intro)
- After testing (higher desk fee)
- Wardrobe vs adult studio vs licensed NL venue commission bands
Ask the desk or see How we work → Contract options (draft). Do not treat drafts as signed law.
Draft for lawyer review only. Not legal advice. Jurisdiction and desk legal name are placeholders. No signature is required to apply.
