- This variant exists because some studios/agencies ask for an upfront intro fee before testing the desk. The Desk keeps that fee low during testing, then may move to the post-test card (`POST-HIGH`) only after a successful test.
- Model is not charged a roster fee. Who pays the upfront is normally the Studio / Client, not the woman.
Parties
Same as CARE draft: Model (18+), Desk, Studio / Client.
1. Purpose of this variant
Same mediation purpose as CARE. This variant only changes when and how the Desk is paid by Client during an initial testing period.
Work in scope (as Model elects in writing) may include wardrobe / look, adult studio days, and — only on Model’s soft opt-in — licensed venue / window / club work under the industry schedule and NL safety rules.
2. Testing period
- Testing period = the first booked paid day with that Client or the first `[30–60]` calendar days from the first mediated intro that leads to a booking, whichever the booking sheet states.
- During the testing period, fees in §3 apply.
- After a successful test (Client and Desk agree in writing that mediation worked; Model was paid as agreed; no material breach), the relationship may move to `POST-HIGH` or back to CARE — stated on the next booking sheet. Failure of a test does not create any debt for Model.
3. Fees during testing (LOW)

Example: Day rate €600 → Model €600; Client pays Desk €72 (12%) + one-time intro €200 (if not already paid) on the testing package.
Travel, kit, testing photos for Client’s own use, and usage buyouts remain as written on the booking sheet.
4. Optional Model micro-fee (voluntary only)
- Apply and intros remain free.
- If a Model voluntarily wishes to contribute a tiny desk micro-fee, it may be at most `[€49]`, must be refundable against her first booked paid day, and must never be required to apply, stay listed, or receive intros.
- Desk prefers Client-paid intro fees. Do not pitch Model-side fees on apply UX.
5. What does not change from CARE
- Decline any offer; hard limits; private by default; non-exclusivity default.
- No passport holding, no debt bondage, no Model→venue bond brokered by Desk.
- Licensed venue / RLD work only if Model opts in and venue is licensed (see industry schedule + operator checklist).
- Termination, data, age, liability, and governing-law placeholders as in CARE (counsel to align).
6. After testing
On written success, operators may switch the next booking sheet to:
- CARE (18% ongoing), or
- POST-HIGH (higher ongoing / package) — see `intermediation-variant-upfront-post-test-high-en.md`.
