How mediation works
Calm process for studios that want order on set.
- Send a brief — city or remote, date window, pay band, wardrobe or studio scene type, and hard limits you will respect.
- We match women on the desk and reply with a written summary before anyone travels or shoots.
- Confirm booking in writing: fee, hours, usage, travel, and hard limits. If something approaches a limit, stop — do not go over and apologise later.
