Prep before your shoot
Use this as a calm checklist—not every gig includes on-set glam. Confirm rates, crew, and boundaries in writing before you commit.
Two weeks out
Review the listing compensation and travel terms. Order wardrobe or travel kit if needed. Note hair/makeup preferences in your application or follow-up email.
One week out
Confirm call times and whether hair/makeup is on set. If not, book your own MUA from crew or styling partners. Pack ID and any contracts you already received.
Day before
Re-read the offer: scene scope, cancellation terms, and who will be in the room. Avoid sending explicit media unless already agreed in writing.
Shoot day
Expect ID checks where required, professional glam on studio days when listed, and the freedom to pause if blocking or partners were not disclosed.
