Who we are
Controller: Elite Adult Casting — operated by [Your Full Name], [Street, postcode, city, country].
What we collect
Information you submit on the application form (name, email, phone if provided, country/region, optional casting preferences, free-text fields) plus basic technical data such as a hashed IP address and browser user-agent to detect abuse.
Why we use it
To evaluate casting fit, communicate with you about opportunities, improve form security, and meet legal obligations where they apply.
Retention
Retention windows, backups, and deletion requests are set per workspace in admin (demo: 24 months for active casting review, then archive or delete on request).
Your rights
Applicants may request access, correction, erasure, or restriction where applicable law allows. Contact the privacy address configured in workspace admin.

Browser storage (saved draft)
On the application page, your browser may save an in-progress draft locally on your device to reduce accidental form loss. This draft is stored in localStorage, never sent to analytics, and can be discarded from the restore banner or by submitting the form.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use a strictly necessary locale cookie to remember your language choice. With your consent, we may also use analytics cookies for anonymous funnel metrics and Google Analytics (GA4). You can accept essential cookies only or all cookies via the banner, and change your choice anytime using Cookie settings in the footer.
Anonymous usage metrics
When you accept analytics cookies, we store low-risk funnel events (such as apply page view, step progression, and thank-you completion) with a random public session ID and page path. We do not store names, emails, or IP addresses in this metrics table.
Service providers (processors)
We use hosting (Namecheap), email delivery, payment processing (Stripe when enabled), and optionally Google Analytics. These providers process data on our instructions under appropriate agreements. A current list is available on request from the privacy contact below.
Creator wishlist accounts
If you register a creator wishlist, we store your email, display name, public slug, and wishlist product choices. Shipping addresses are stored in a private vault for future gift fulfillment (v2) and are not shown on public wishlist pages. See docs/CREATOR_PRIVACY.md for the full split between public and internal data. Lawyer review required before production.
Pre-launch phase: Elite Adult Casting is operated by a named individual (sole operator), not a registered company. We use this period to validate traffic and interest. Register a legal entity and switch Admin → Workspace to “Registered entity” before paid advertising, payment processing, or large-scale data processing.
