Scope
Elite Adult Casting operates a professional casting and opportunities desk for adults (18+). We publish castings, jobs, events, and related resources. We are not an employer of record for third-party productions unless explicitly stated in writing.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old where you live to apply or register for creator features. We do not recruit minors. Listings marked as adult professional work are intended for lawful studio contexts only.
Applications
Applications are free. You confirm that information you submit is accurate and that you have the right to share any links or materials you provide. We review submissions and may contact you by email; we do not guarantee placement or response times.
Accounts and magic links
Applicant and creator portals use email magic links. Keep those links private. You are responsible for activity under your email until you notify us of unauthorized access.
Shop and third-party links
Shop items may link to external retailers or platform checkout when enabled. Purchases with third parties are governed by their terms. Gift and tip features, when available, are subject to separate checkout disclosures.
Acceptable use
Do not submit unlawful content, spam, or misrepresentation. We may remove listings or suspend access that violates these terms or applicable law.
Liability
The site is provided as-is to the extent permitted by law. Production agreements are between you and the hiring party unless we explicitly contract otherwise in writing.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator identified in our Impressum, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

Pre-launch phase: Elite Adult Casting is operated by a named individual (sole operator), not a registered company. We use this period to validate traffic and interest. Register a legal entity and switch Admin → Workspace to “Registered entity” before paid advertising, payment processing, or large-scale data processing.
