Client Booking Terms

1. This is a booking request to our casting desk — not an instant purchase or direct hire of the talent.
2. All talent are 18+. You confirm you will not request or involve minors.
3. Rates, hours, location, usage, and hard limits must be confirmed in writing before any shoot or travel.
4. When we book via this intro, the talent keeps 100% of her agreed fee; you pay the desk a separate booking fee (CARE ~18% adult; wardrobe/events ~12–15%).
5. You will not contact the talent to circumvent the desk for the same project within 12 months of this intro.
6. You provide a truthful company/project name and website so we can verify fit and safety.
7. The talent may accept, decline, or comment — declining is always allowed.
8. Adult / licensed-venue work only when the talent has opted in and terms are written on the booking sheet.
