In one breath

After a successful first test (or with a studio that already knows the desk), the studio may pay a higher desk booking fee — about 20–22% of your day rate — still separate from your pay. You keep 100% of your agreed day rate unless a rare written split says otherwise.

What you pay

Still no roster fee. Applying stays free. Any package fee is for the studio to pay when agreed in writing.

Your rights

Same care promises. Higher desk % is a studio–desk commercial choice, not a charge for joining the women’s desk.
