Intermediation agreement — draft
This page publishes the working English template so you can read it calmly. Counsel must review before anyone signs.
Plain language — licensed venue / window / club (NL)
Not a contract to sign today. Not legal advice. Schedule: intermediation-schedule-commission-by-industry-en.md (§ C).
In one breath
If you open the optional lane for licensed window / club / venue work in the Netherlands (and similar lawful places), the desk fee is usually higher — about 22–25% — because compliance checks are heavier. The venue / client pays the desk. You keep 100% of your agreed fee for that booking (or a transparent written split if you agree).
Safety framing (calm, firm)
- Opt-in only — the desk never forces this lane
- Licensed venues only — public site shows city + type, not house legal names until they opt in
- Written terms before you start
- You can leave / decline — no debt bondage
- ID checks as required — you must be 18+
- Desk does not hold your passport
- Desk does not broker an upfront “bond” from you to a venue
- Payment to you directly, or a split you can see on paper
This is professional placement for adults — not trafficking, not dating, not for minors.
Choosing hubs
On apply, if you open adult (or both) and tick the licensed-venue opt-in, you may prefer cities such as Amsterdam, The Hague, Utrecht, or Antwerp as location/type placement choices — still not a booking.
Draft for lawyer review only. Not legal advice. Jurisdiction and desk legal name are placeholders. No signature is required to apply.
