Intermediation agreement — draft

This page publishes the working English template so you can read it calmly. Counsel must review before anyone signs.

Plain language — testing period (low intro fee)

Not a contract to sign today. Not legal advice. Full draft: intermediation-variant-upfront-testing-low-en.md.

In one breath

Some studios ask the desk for a small intro fee before they trust a first test. That fee is meant to be paid by the studio, not by you. During testing, the desk’s cut on a booked day stays lower (about 12%). You still keep 100% of your agreed day rate.

What you pay

  • Apply: free
  • Stay on the desk: free — no roster fee
  • Optional tiny micro-fee from you: only if you want it, capped small, refundable against your first paid booking — never required to apply

After a good test

The studio and desk may move to a normal or higher rate card. That is written on the next booking sheet. A failed test does not create a debt for you.

Your rights (same as care version)
