C.1 Soft opt-in only

1. Desk never defaults Model into this lane.
2. Model must soft-opt-in (application specialty / hub preference or later written email).

C.2 Licensed venues only (Netherlands focus)

Parties acknowledge (counsel to refine for NL municipal rules):

1. Window, brothel, and similar sex-work venues in the Netherlands are lawful only where municipal licensing / registration and applicable health, tax, and labour rules are met.
2. Desk mediates only toward venues Desk has treated as licensed / permitted under operator verification (see internal checklist). Prospect location hubs on the website are city + type labels, not named houses, until a venue opts in.
3. Belgium (e.g. Antwerp) only where local lawful framework allows and counsel agrees — still location/type public labels until opt-in.

C.3 Model freedom and written terms (non-negotiable desk policy)

1. Model is free to leave the relationship and to decline any shift; no penalty that creates debt bondage.
2. Every booking: written rate or shift terms, hours/window rules, location type, and hard limits before start.
3. Valid ID / age verification as required — Model remains 18+.
4. Desk does not hold passports or identity documents.
5. Desk does not require exclusivity for RLD work.
6. Payment: prefer direct to Model; if a split is used, it is transparent on the booking sheet.
7. No upfront “bond” from Model to venue brokered by Desk.

C.4 BIBOB / integrity (high-level)

Operators are aware that Dutch municipalities may apply integrity / BIBOB-style screening to licensed sex-business permits. Desk’s internal checklist includes license verify and a high-level awareness not to place Model into unlicensed or integrity-blocked venues. Detail is operational, not a public accusation against any named house.
