Intermediation rate card — editable commercial defaults
Status: DRAFT FOR LAWYER REVIEW ONLY — not legal advice. 18+ only. Numbers in brackets [ ] are desk defaults for counsel and operators to edit. No signature is required to apply. Prefer the care model (Client pays desk fee; Model keeps 100% of day rate) unless a Client relationship needs an upfront or industry schedule.

Documented fallback (any industry — avoid leading with this)
If Client will not pay a separate desk fee: Desk retains [15]% of Model’s day rate; Model keeps [85]%. Prefer Client-pays whenever possible.
