Same calm EU desk on every path. Lane choice stays optional on the form. How we work

Who you can choose to work with

We do not publish studio or agency legal names until they opt in. You choose by city hub and partner type — we mediate the intro.

  • Adult studio days — only when you ask for that lane
  • Wardrobe / look / brand days — clothes and lingerie modeling welcome
  • Creator desk — remote looks and tip-desk paths when you opt in
  • Licensed venue / window / club (NL) — soft opt-in only; licensed places; city+type hubs until a venue opts in by name

Every intro waits for written scope, rate, travel, and your hard limits. You can decline any offer.

Placement cities you can prefer

When a booking happens

Short path from apply to a paid day — still without forcing a long contract on day one.

  1. You apply free. No roster fee. No signature required.
  2. You set lane (wardrobe, adult on request, or both) and city hubs.
  3. We mediate an intro with written terms before you say yes.
  4. You accept or decline. Declining does not close the desk.
  5. If you accept a paid day, rate and hours stay on the booking sheet.

How money works (plain language)

You keep your full agreed day rate. The studio pays the desk a separate booking fee — typically about 18% of that day rate (editable 15–20%). We only earn on booked paid days, never on applying.

Example: €600 day → you receive €600; studio also pays the desk about €108. Exact percent is written on each booking.

Contract options (draft)

Several draft templates for counsel — not something you must sign to apply. Prefer the care version unless a studio asks for an intro fee or the booking is a different industry band.

Calm one-pagers (if contracts feel heavy)

Same ideas in plain language — still drafts, still not a signature wall.

Licensed venue / red-light safety (NL)

Optional adult sub-lane only. Window/club work is mediated toward licensed venues; you stay free to decline or leave.

  • Soft opt-in only — never forced from wardrobe-only.
  • Licensed / permitted venues only; public hubs are city + type until a venue opts in by name.
  • Written terms, ID/18+, payment to you (or a transparent split).
  • No passport holding, no debt bondage, no upfront “bond” from you to a venue via the desk.
  • You can decline any shift; no exclusivity forced for this lane.

All contract pages are DRAFT FOR LAWYER REVIEW — not legal advice. No signature is required to apply.

Care promises

  • 18+ only
  • Hard limits respected on set and in writing
  • Private by default until you opt into a public roster
  • No exclusivity unless you later opt in writing
  • Wardrobe-only is a full lane — adult is never assumed
  • Licensed-venue / red-light lane is opt-in only — free to leave; licensed venues; no passport holding

Full draft agreement (for review)

If you want to read the longer template lawyers will review, it is available here. It is a draft — not something you must sign to apply.
